We manufacture concrete roof tile in South Florida, protecting and enhancing residential and commercial structures in the Southeast with our products. In the business for nearly 25 years, we use our industry experience to give you the best products and services from design through delivery.
We get it done right—the first time. In 2007, less than 7 orders in 1,000 resulted in a complaint regarding manufacturing quality from our Okeechobee facility. Of the complaints we did experience, 99% were acknowledged within 1 business day. With the often stressful atmosphere of home improvement or home building, Entegra understands that customers don’t have the time to deal with poor product quality or service. Entegra is committed to providing you with what you want, the first time.
We meet customer expectations. Every detail from production through delivery is tracked with our custom software developed in-house. This ensures customer expectations are met from the initial order to the final invoice. We provide options. Unlike other manufacturers who provide a limited product offering, at Entegra, you get what you want. If our Standard Product Offering does not meet your roofing desires, we would be happy to let you customize the color option or even provide you with a entirely unique roofing creation, designed by you, through our Designer Tile option. We own the most advanced concrete mixing and coloring systems for making concrete roof tiles. Our batching equipment provides the foundation for consistent tile and minimizes the problems associated with color. We use the most advanced tile-making equipment in the state. Our tile-making equipment ensures consistent dimensions and curing parameters that minimize the problems associated with size, strength and color.
We have Customer Service Representatives on site at the manufacturing facility who know and understand our tile products. They are not in a far removed call center; they are at our facilities, ready to assist you.
We provide delivery and roof loading of our tile. We own the necessary equipment to deliver the tile to the job site as well as load it on the roof. We have the trained manpower to load the roof correctly. You may find a way to load it cheaper, but you will not find anyone who does it consistently better or safer. |
